Pennsylvania Supreme Court Issues Landmark Ruling in Child Welfare Case
A ruling late last month by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court means child welfare agencies in the state may no longer conduct home inspections to look for signs of abuse or neglect on the mere say-so of an anonymous hotline caller but must first have probable cause under the Fourth Amendment.
In a time when critics say the nation’s child welfare systems are more appropriately called family surveillance systems that break up families simply because they’re poor and, all too often, Black, Latino or Indigenous, the ruling may well have broad racial justice implications beyond the Keystone State. The court affirmed that anonymous, unverified allegations that aren’t backed by solid evidence cannot justify authorities demanding to enter homes with little or no notice — a finding that child welfare reformers will now have stronger grounds to seek to litigate in other states.

The ruling stemmed from a Philadelphia child welfare investigation in which officials acted on an anonymous tip that a mother was homeless and might not have fed her child in recent hours. When they tracked the mother down, she refused to let them in, and they had no hard evidence to back up the allegations. The county child welfare agency went to a judge and obtained an order compelling the woman to let the inspectors in.
The mother appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which rejected the lower court’s finding that the authorities needed only to show a “fair probability” that the child was in need of services in order to inspect the home. Rather, the Supreme Court agreed that the woman was entitled to refuse entry under the Fourth Amendment, which protects citizens against unreasonable search and seizure by the government.
Organizations including the ACLU of Pennsylvania, Community Legal Services and Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania submitted amicus briefs in support of the mother.

Biden Admin Child Trafficking: 40k minor children are unaccounted for since August
Reports emerged this week that the Biden administration is transporting unaccompanied minor illegal immigrant children to New York on secret, dead-of-night flights. 40 thousand children are currently “lost” as a result of the Biden Child trafficking Ring. The Border crisis is more than what it appears.
Last week, New York locals spotted two planes land at the Westchester County Airport, where the flights arrived at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday and 9:52 p.m. Friday.
Child trafficking on an annual basis takes in about 52 billion dollars usd. And it’s the high demand for organ harvesting, sex exploitation/ prostitution. However the number one reason for such a high demand of these children is for the Adrenochrome, which is the by product of adrenalized blood, and generally is always tied to a satanic element.
Child labor is also a concerning reason for the children, but doesn’t hold a candle to the true reasons of the high demand for these children.
Locals reported hoards of young teens and children, and a few men in their early 20s, departing the plane in Westchester County, a high-income suburb of New York City.
The underage migrants typically arrive carrying backpacks and are bused to locations including The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, upstate Newburgh, and Bridgeport and Danbury in Connecticut.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was forced to admit Tuesday that the Biden administration is shipping planeloads of illegal immigrant children to New York City and elsewhere in the middle of the night after photos and footage was captured by The New York Post.

Trafficking of Children in the middle of the night by DoD Contracts
Absolutely concerning evidence of shady activities being done under the radar.
A plane carrying children lands at Wilson Air Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was 1:30 am. Subsequently, TV station WRCB spotted three other planes carrying between 30 – 50 children at the airport over the period of 3 to 5 day observation. Each time, the children came out of the planes wearing matching bags and entered buses that were headed to various destinations.
The senator of the state of TN, Marsha Blackburn had not been made aware of any of these secret shady operations, and comments in another article

“Tennessee is a state right in the middle of the country and some kids have to travel through there to get to their destination...”
It is Uncertain if The WH spokesperson Jen Circleback has yet to become aware of the location of State of Tennessee or not.
