Pennsylvania Supreme Court Issues Landmark Ruling in Child Welfare Case
A ruling late last month by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court means child welfare agencies in the state may no longer conduct home inspections to look for signs of abuse or neglect on the mere say-so of an anonymous hotline caller but must first have probable cause under the Fourth Amendment.
In a time when critics say the nation’s child welfare systems are more appropriately called family surveillance systems that break up families simply because they’re poor and, all too often, Black, Latino or Indigenous, the ruling may well have broad racial justice implications beyond the Keystone State. The court affirmed that anonymous, unverified allegations that aren’t backed by solid evidence cannot justify authorities demanding to enter homes with little or no notice — a finding that child welfare reformers will now have stronger grounds to seek to litigate in other states.

The ruling stemmed from a Philadelphia child welfare investigation in which officials acted on an anonymous tip that a mother was homeless and might not have fed her child in recent hours. When they tracked the mother down, she refused to let them in, and they had no hard evidence to back up the allegations. The county child welfare agency went to a judge and obtained an order compelling the woman to let the inspectors in.
The mother appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which rejected the lower court’s finding that the authorities needed only to show a “fair probability” that the child was in need of services in order to inspect the home. Rather, the Supreme Court agreed that the woman was entitled to refuse entry under the Fourth Amendment, which protects citizens against unreasonable search and seizure by the government.
Organizations including the ACLU of Pennsylvania, Community Legal Services and Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania submitted amicus briefs in support of the mother.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky admitted during a press briefing last week that her claim that over 99% of covid patients dying in hospitals were unvaccinated was a load of crap.
The claim, which was also echoed by Anthony Fauci, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy and other top officials, was shown to be a lie by the CDC’s own data released by the Washington Post on July 29. The CDC’s data showed the number of covid patient in-hospital deaths in May were 15 percent among the vaccinated, not 0.5% as they all claimed — which is 30x higher than they stated.
The CDC and White House officials didn’t tell the public that because they were in overdrive trying to scare everyone into taking Big Pharma’s experimental mRNA “vaccines” despite their rapidly waning protection.

After being questioned Thursday on the number by a CNN reporter, Walensky said that “those data were data that were from analyses in several states from January through June and didn’t reflect the data that we have now from the Delta variant.”
In other words, to get that number they not only cherry-picked data from “several states” but they included data from January when covid deaths were at their peak and less than 10 percent of Americans had even taken the vaccine and they excluded the most recent data showing the vaccines’ protection was waning!

National File has obtained a recording of a Zoom video conference call between physicians and a marketing director at Novant Heath New Hanover Regional Medical Center, a group of 20 hospitals, clinics, and offices that treat patients in North Carolina and South Carolina.
In the recording, Mary Rudyk, MD tells Director of Marketing Carolyn Fisher and another hospital employee that she wants the hospitals to become more “scary to the public” by inflating the number of COVID-19 patients, and by using messaging that falsely tells individuals “If you don’t get vaccinated, you know you’re going to die.”
